We, at IC Real Tech, Inc. (“IC Real Tech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), value the privacy of our customers and partners. The following privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), as modified from time to time, describes our practices in connection with information collected through our websites and any other linked pages, features, content, mobile applications, and any other services we offer from time to time in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Site”). Our websites include www.icrealtime.com, www.ic720.com, and www.clearviewcctv.com.
By visiting or using the Site, you agree to the practices and policies set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Information Collection
We collect Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from you in conjunction with your use of the Site. IC Real Tech is the sole owner of the Personal Information and Non-Personal Information collected on our Site. “Personal Information” refers to information that can individual identify you, and includes (without limitation) your name, phone number, email address, postal address, credit card information, billing and shipping information, and other personal information collected by us. “Non-Personal Information” includes information that does not personally identify you, but may include (without limitation) tracking and usage information about your location, demographics, transaction information, use of the Site and the Internet. You can choose not to use a part of our Site if you do not want your Personal Information to be used by us.
Operation of Surveillance Cameras and Equipment
When you activate certain models of our surveillance cameras, such cameras will be constantly recording video and its microphone will be in continuous standby-mode, listening for voice commands. Such video will be stored in our cloud. IC Real Tech permits a user to log in remotely from a smartphone, tablet or PC, see/hear the video being captured, and also speak into a remote microphone to transmit voice/sound from the cameras’ speaker. Some cameras have wi-fi and a gyroscope to facilitate proper recording and transmission of video and sound. Some cameras also have a built-in GPS, although that feature is currently not used. If you elect to share your remote access credentials with any third party, such party will have access to your recorded video and live video stream and be able to direct the use of the cameras remotely.
Uses of Information
The primary reason we collect information is to provide you with a personalized experience on our Site. We collect Personal Information for a variety of reasons, including: providing you with the products and services you request from us, communicating with you about changes to our policies, enabling your provision of editorial and feedback, facilitating your participation in marketing and promotions, conducting statistical analysis of our users’ behavior, engaging in product development and Site content improvement, and customizing the content and layout of our Site for our users. For the most part, the amount of Personal Information you choose to disclose to us is completely up to you, except as described in this Privacy Policy. However, if you choose not to provide your Personal Information, you may not be able to purchase or take full advantage of some of our Site.
Some of your Personal Information will be displayed to other Site users within your assigned area or profile on the Site. Any information you voluntarily upload or post publicly in some of areas of the Site can be accessed by the general public and can, in turn, be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications. It is solely your responsibility to protect yourself and the information you post publicly on the Site.
Not all of the information we collect on our Site can be directly tied to our users. Some of the Non-Personal Information we gather is used to determine things like how often an advertisement is viewed, which Site features are used, and with what frequency. For instance, we may know 10,000 people visited this Privacy Policy today, but we do not necessarily know their names, where they live, or their date of birth.
We will send registered users strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary for us to do so. For example, if our Site is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
Promotional Communications
We might occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions, or a newsletter. Some of our promotions may ask for your email address in order to send updates on special promotions, prize drawings, etc. Your participation is completely voluntary. When you participate in these types of promotions, you will automatically receive future promotion-related email, unless you choose the no-email or opt-out option our promotions offer. These promotion-related email messages may include our targeted advertisements.
Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of promotional communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out section below for instructions on opting out of receiving these types of communications from us.
Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral program to tell a friend about our Site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a onetime email inviting him or her to visit the Site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact IC Real Tech at [email protected] to request that we remove this information from our database.
Customer Site
Based upon the information you provide to us on registration, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email and/or online, in accordance with your wishes.
Profile
We store the Personal Information we collect to create a profile of your preferences. We tie your Personal Information and your history to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the Site for you. We do not share your profile preferences with third parties except as you request for purposes of allowing such third parties to participate in your live or recorded camera events.
Supplementation of Information
We do not supplement your Personal Information or profile with information obtained from third party sources. We do not purchase marketing data from third parties and add it to your Personal Information in our user database to target our advertising or to provide offers we think might interest you.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may make your Personal Information available to certain third party service providers, such as contractors who help us manage or provide the services offered on our Site, such as hosting, billing, payment processing, customer service, fraud protection, etc. We may need to share your Personal Information with them, but we require that all of our service providers keep Personal Information confidential and not disclose it to third parties and not use it for any other purpose.
We may also use or disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable law or comply with legal process served on us or the Site (for example, information may be provided to legal authorities in response to a subpoena); (b) respond to requests from public and government authorities; (c) protect and defend our rights or property, the Site, or our users; and (d) act under emergency circumstances to protect the personal safety of us, our affiliates, agents, or the users of the Site or the public.
IC Real Tech tries to minimize the disclosure of your Personal Information. However, the nature of certain disclosures that we may have to make are such that sometimes you may not opt-out of our disclosing your Personal Information. For example, you cannot opt-out of our providing information in response to a subpoena since the law requires our compliance.
We will not sell or rent your Personal Information or non-Personal Information to any third party. We will notify you when collecting your Personal Information if such Personal Information will be shared with a third party, and, most often, you will often be given the option of not permitting the transfer.
Choice and Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of having your Personal Information used for certain purposes. You can choose to opt-out either when we first ask you for this information, or at any later time. For example, when you register on the Site you can indicate on the form your wish not to receive marketing material from us. If at a later time you decide to opt-out of receiving our newsletters and other promotional material, you can tell us by following the instructions included in each newsletter or promotion, or by emailing us at [email protected]. We also offer an opportunity to opt-out of our Site at www.icrealtech.com, or you may contact IC Real Tech by mail at IC Real Tech, Inc., 3050 N Andrews Ave EXT, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
Log Files and Remarketing
During your use of our Site, we gather Non-Personal Information on your activities such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider, referring or exit pages, operating system, date and time stamp, and click stream data automatically and store it in log files. We use this information, some of which does not identify individual customers, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our users.
When possible, however, we link this Non-Personal Information to our customers’ Personal Information. For example, IP addresses are tied to a customer’s Personally Identifiable Information to track movements on the Site for security audit purposes.
We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise our cameras and surveillance equipment across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network. AdWords remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of our websites you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser. This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device. Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

The advertisements and related information appearing on this Site are delivered to you by our third party advertising partners. We may share non-personal information and Site usage information with our reputable third party advertisers for the purpose of targeting their advertisements on our Site. These advertisements may place cookies on your computer which are used by such third parties. We do not have access to this information.
You can set your Internet browser settings to stop accepting new cookies, to receive notice when you receive a new cookie, to disable existing cookies, and to omit images (which will disable pixel tags). Note that the opt-out will apply only to the browser that you are using when you elect to opt out of advertising cookies. Without cookies or pixel tags though, you may not be able to take full advantage of all of our website features.
For more information about our third party advertisers, or to learn more about the choices available to you regarding their use of non-personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

IC Real Tech respects the privacy of children and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, solicit, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Site or send any information about yourself to us. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
We remind and encourage all parents to check and monitor their children’s online activities. Parents have the right to review and have deleted any personal information we may have inadvertently collected from their children, and refuse to permit further collection of that information. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at [email protected].
“Do Not Track” Practices
At this time, we do not honor do-not-track signals from browsers or other consumer choice mechanisms regarding the collection of behavioral tracking data. While we collect Personal Information from you as described above, we do not collect Personal Information from you to monitor your online activities across third party websites or online services and over time (also known as behavioral advertising or interest-based advertising). We do not use or allow third parties to collect Personal Information from you in the Site in order to monitor your online activities across third party websites or online services and over time.
